Shipping policy
HOW WE GET IT TO YOU
We work with a curated network of US and international suppliers, selected for build quality and speed. Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed.
Transit Times
- US Domestic: 2-7 business days from ship date (most items ship from US warehouses)
- International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs
- Specialty items: Some items ship directly from the maker — transit time is noted on the product page
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and supplier. We pass through carrier rates without markup. Free shipping promotions are noted at checkout when active.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received tracking after 3 business days, email us.
International Orders
Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. We can't mark packages as gifts or under-declare values.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email hello@pathwaysupplyco.com. We'll open a trace with the carrier and follow it through.
Address Errors
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you're responsible for reshipping costs. Email us within 12 hours of placing the order if you spot a mistake — we may still be able to update it before dispatch.
