STRAIGHT TALK ON RETURNS

We curate every product Pathway Supply Co. sells. When something doesn't work for you, we'd rather make it right than argue

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on most items. Email hello@pathwaysupplyco.com with your order number and a photo if relevant.

What's Returnable

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging — full refund or exchange
  • Defective or damaged on arrival — free replacement or refund
  • Wrong item shipped — we cover the return shipping

What's Not

  • Items that have been used or installed (except defective)
  • Software, digital goods, and consumables once opened
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, you cover return shipping. For defects or our errors, we send a prepaid label.

Refund Timing

Refunds post to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
