Shipping & returns

Tracking syncs on dispatch. 15-day return window from delivery. Defects or wrong-item shipments: photo + order number to the email above, we send a replacement same-day.

Why we're hard to find by phone

We're a small operation. Email gets answered. Phones don't. Our address and EIN are on file with our payment processor for verification purposes.
